Built an integrated digital ecosystem connecting marketplace, database, CRM, automation, messaging, and an AI agent.
- Built the responsive Bubble frontend and the digital journeys of the marketplace.
- Modeled and implemented the relational data layer in Supabase.
- Integrated Pipedrive with Supabase to synchronize information across the commercial operation.
- Created automated WhatsApp and email messaging based on the lead's funnel stage, and deployed an AI agent with OpenAI for 24/7 customer support and lead qualification via WhatsApp.
